One-day Staff Development Workshop

SEDA-Professional Development Framework (PDF) offers Institutions of Further and Higher Education a suite of awards to structure, reward and recognise Continuing Professional Development for staff.  This one day workshop targets those working in Staff Development and Human Resources.

• To explore national and sector CPD requirements from a HR and staff development perspective

• To find out more about how SEDA-PDF can be used to unify HR and Learning and Teaching strategies and align these to national professional development standards

• To discuss the benefits of using SEDA-PDF to structure your institutional CPD Frameworks

• To meet with experienced users of PDF and share experience

• To explore how SEDA-PDF might link to the National Framework agreement for pay scales

• To network and share ideas for implementation and to discuss challenges with colleagues
